 Requirement / Eligibility

1.   LC letter of Introduction/Employer reference letter, Equity Account holder, to open the account.
2.    Copy of ID (Drivers license, Passport, Voters card, CRB card) for each signatory
3.  Original and copy of identification documents of all the directors as in 1 above.
4.  The original certificate of incorporation and two (2) copies.
5. Original and one complete photocopy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
6.  Board resolution to open an account and signing mandate on the company’s letter head bearing the company seal.
7.  TIN certificate and VAT certificate (where applicable) original and one copy of each
